Q: Does The Original GutterGuardian works on every home?
A: No. While The Original GutterGuardian system can harmonize aesthetically with virtually every architectural style, there are some roof configurations that are not appropriate for a surface tension/adhesion gutter system. Roofs of metal or a very steep pitch allow the runoff to accelerate beyond the pull of surface tension.
Q: Can I expect some overshoot?
A: Initially, the factory finish on The Original GutterGuardian cover will allow some fast moving water to overshoot. As the finish ages over a couple of months, the surface adhesion will increase and overshoot will diminish. In heavy rains, any surface adhesion clog-free gutter system will experience some small amount of overshoot.
